hat is an NFT? How do you make one and WHY would you?

There is actually no easy answer to explain how simple they are. In fact, the foundational technology is so simple that you may believe it has existed 'the whole time'. With movies blurring tech reality, it's easy to get ahead of ourselves and believe teleportation is real. Although telepathy definitely is. ;) And with new technology coming out, we have to consider when good technology becomes obsolete.

NFT's offer a solution to an obsolete system of monitoring transactions, especially online. For example, how might you know, FOR SURE, that the music you listen to is properly dispersing royalty to the creator? NFT and Ethereum technology solves this issue with "Smart-Contracts".

Let's get creative, because I have some ideas and I know there are MORE.
