Shipping Costs

Eligibility for Returns
Standard Products: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely and include the RAN in the package. Ship the package to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refund Policy
