What would the placebo effect mean in terms of communication and how people influence each other. When I consider the implications of these effects on my Strategic Marketing efforts it reinforces my belief that how something represents itself can dramatically change, in an almost enchanted way, how it is perceived. But the placebo effect is not magical, it is an example of how powerful our minds are when we frame things the right way.
